Fire Department Day on Hill - March 6, 2012

Please try to attend this important event as there are several bills that affect the fire service, including the bill to eliminate the ability for a local community to adopt a residential sprinkler ordinance.  Please register in advance... its free at www.tnfireservicecoalition.org if you plan to attend or call the Ashland City Fire Dept at 615-792-4531 and ask for Tracey.  Call your representatives and senators now to set up appointments to stop by their offices and talk to them about our issues, concerns, and needs. 

Wear your dress uniform or duty uniform so people and the legislators recognize the strength of the Tennessee Fire Service.  If you are not sure who your representative and senator is, you can find out here and get their email address and phone number: http://www.capitol.tn.gov/legislators/

Schedule:

Meet at 9 AM on the Second Floor of the Capital for a Legislative Briefing before your meetings with your Legislators.

Luncheon will be on the Second Floor of the Capital from 11:30 AM  to 1:00 PM.  Catering Provided By Chappy’s & Copper Kettle. Please register below as we need a head count for the food.
