Outside display space is free with booth purchase.  Without booth purchase, outside display space is $500.00. There will be two(2) FREE name tags with each booth purchase.  Additional name tags will be $4.00. NEW THIS YEAR; ANYTHING other than fire equipment display MUST be submitted in writing to the business manager for approval. HOTEL RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRPORT MARRIOTT AT 1(800)770-0555 OR 615-889-9300.  Room rates are $102.00 single thru quad.
 
Each booth price will include two(2) chairs and one(1) table.
